This is an investment fund that is appropriate for funds being are offered to professional (sophisticated/ accredited) investors only.
Such persons include, (i) a bank or trust company licensed by the Central Bank of The Bahamas or licensed in a prescribed jurisdiction, (ii) any registered broker-dealer or firm registered as a securities investment advisor by the Commission (which maintains a minimum of $120,000 of regulatory capital) or registered in a prescribed jurisdiction, (iii) any insurance company licensed under the laws of The Bahamas or licensed in a prescribed jurisdiction, (iv) any investment fund licensed or registered under the IFA or regulated in a prescribed jurisdiction, (v) any natural person whose individual net worth or joint net worth with the person’s spouse exceeds one million dollars, (vi) any natural person who had an individual income in excess of two hundred thousand dollars in each of the two most recent years or joint income with that persons spouse in excess of three hundred thousand dollars in each of those years and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year, (vii) any trust with total assets in excess of five million dollars or (viii) any entity in which all of the equity owners satisfies one of the requirements in (i) through (vii).
Professional funds must hold an investment fund license, which are granted by the Commission or the fund’s administrator if such administrator holds an unrestricted investment fund administrator’s license.

A retainer equal to 60% of the total fee is required up-front with the balance due upon presentation of the first draft of the fund documents. Payments can be made in U.S. Dollars ($). Our preferred form of payment is bank wire transfer, banking details will be provided on request. Once payment has been received in full the client questionnaire will be sent via email.
